In supersession of Order No. 1937/SIS dated 13-04-2022, the following Committees are hereby constituted / nominated for smooth verification of documents of applicants of E-Transfer (April-2022):-
Technical Committee:
1. Mr. Hussain Mubashar AD (Admn) for CEO (DEA), Gujranwala.
2. Engineer Nadeem Ihsaan AEO / Focal Person (SIS).
Committee to (SE Wing):
1. Dr. Muhammad Ali Mad Sr. HM GHS Jinnah Memorial, Gujranwala.
2. Dr. Ahmed Raza Sr. HM GHS Millar, Satellite Town, Gujranwala.
3. Syed. Muqsit Shaheed SST (IT), GHS Jinnah Memorial, Gujranwala.
Committee to (M-EE Wing):
1. Syed. Sibatain Mazhar Dy. DEO (MEE), Tehsil Wazirabad.
2. Mr.Aamir Shchzad Cheema AEO (M) Markaz Rahwali.
Committee to (W-EE Wing):
1. Mst. Sajida Parveen Dy. DEO (WEE) Tchsil Sadder, Gujranwala.
2. Mst. Ansa Jameel Dy. DEO (WEE) Tehsil Kamokc.

Committee No. 04 (Mutual Transfer):
1. Mr. ljaz Ahmed Goraya Dy. DEO (MEE), Tehsil City Gujranwala.
2. Mr. Khawar AEO (M) Markaz City.
3. Mr. Sajjad AEO (M) Markaz Peoples Colony
Note :
1. Verification will be carried out from 14-04,022 to 23-04-2022 from 11:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
2. The committee will carry out verification of documents as per check list mentioned on Face Sheet.
3. Engineer Nadeem Ihsan AEO / Focal Person (SIS) will provide the list of candidates, attendance sheet, Face sheets and relevant documents to committee on 15-04,022.
4. The committee will also verify the availability of the post which the applicant is going to be transferred and will submit clear recommendations.
5. Technical committee will ensure well in time submission of recommendations on SIS.
