Appointment Orders of 13 Class-4 Employees Cancelled
Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Bahawal Nagar take the final decion to remove from service or withdraw the Appoint Orders of 13 Class-IV employees working since 2010. The Case was move in different forums with passage of time from bahawalpur High Court to Superme Court Of Pakistan.After this long discussion on justice forums, case decision was taken.
The case of 13 Class 4 employees regarding hiring in education department were forwarded to the District Accounts Officers by the Competent Authorities / Concerned Headmaster. The same were returned with objections by the District Accounts Officer Bahawalnagar.
Brief facts of the Case are that a large number of petitioners challenged the recruitment of Class-4 employees in District Bahawal Nagar in response to an advertisement 01.03.2010. The aggrieved candidates filed petition in the honorable Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench, which were allowed and the appointment orders were set aside. The case was later taken by Supreme Court of Pakistan, where it was remanded to the Division Bench , honorable Lahore High Court Bahawalpur Bench, , Where it was heard and decided on 29.01.2014. The Honorable division bench resolved , with the cooperation of all parties , that all petitioners present at the time would be accumulated against the vacant posts.
