NOTIFICATION
Consequent upon the approval of the District Promotion Committee’s Rahim Yar Khan constituted by the Govt. of the Punjab School Education Department Lahore vide notification No. SOR¬III(S&GAD)2-15187(P-1) dated 19.01.2018 issued by S&GAD and Guidance letter No.SO(SE-II1)5-121/2011(P-
I) dated 02.07.2019, in its meeting held on 10.03.2022, the following In-Service Primary School Teachers (PST’s) BS-14 of Male working in Rahim Yar Khan District of General Cadre are hereby promoted (Under in-service promotion quota) as Elementary School Teacher EST’s (Arts) in BS-15 on regular basis with effect from the date of notification. However, their posting/adjustment orders in BS-15 will be issued separately through SIS at their new place of posting on the terms & conditions given below..
List of promoted teacher as under: –
1. No TA/DA is admissible.
2. DDOs will be responsible to get the verification of Degrees / Certificate of the promoted teachers before issuance of their Pay.
3. If any teacher fails to join his / her new posting within fifteen days after the issuance of posting / adjustment order, to be issued separately, he/she will be deemed to have forgone his/her promotion.
4. The effect of foregoing of promotion entails supersession as clarified in the regulation wing of S&GADs instructions bearing No. SOR-II (S&GAD) 2-132/2002 dated 03.02.2003 and letter No. SOR II (S&GAD) 2-167/2010 dated 12.11.2010.
5. If, at any stage, it is proved/ discovered that promotion is claimed on the basis of forged/ bogus documents or deceit by any means, the promotion shall be considered void-ab-initio and stern action will be initiated under PEEDA Act-2006\4ainst the delinquent
6. They will be relieved from their present place of postings after the issuance of formal posting / adjustment order, separately on School Information System (SIS).
