Subject : SHOW CAUSE / PERSONAL HEARING NOTICE
Kindly refer to the inquiry report, submitted by the District Education Officer (M-EE) Lahore vide No.515/G-1 dated 10-02-2022 regarding unpleasant incident happened by a student in school premises whereas he jumped down from the roof of The Punjab School township branch Lahore.
The following recommendations are as under:-
1. The registration of the school must be cancelled immediately.
2. The school must be sealed forthwith.
3. Strict action is recommended against all the responsible of this unfortunate incident under the Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) Ordinance, 1984.
4. The matter may also be referred to the Police department for registration of FIR against the owner of the school/administration and responsible teacher.
2. I am directed by the authority to intimate you to appear in Person before the Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Lahore on 16-02-2022 at 11:00 AM along with relevant record (if any) to decide the matter as referred above.
