Subject – IMPLEMENTATION STATUS OF SMART SAMPLING OF COVID-19 IN
ALL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF SOUTH PUNJAB
I am directed to state with reference to directions from NCOC that National and Provincial Disease Statistics indicates sudden rise in positivity rate of COVID-19. Implementation of smart sampling of COVID-19 in all educational institutions (Schools, Colleges. and Universities of both public & private Sectors) of South Punjab must be carried out on daily basis.
2. In this context all the CEOs, DHOs. DDHOs. and concerned officers of the South Punjab are hereby directed for monitoring/supervision of implementation status of smart sampling of COVID-19 on all educational institutions (Schools, Colleges, and Universities of both public & private Sectors) in their respective districts. Furthermore, pictorial evidence of monitoring activities of smart sampling of COVID-19 and implementation status shall be shared on daily basis before 11.00 AM with this Department through whatsapp (Performs Attached).
3. If any positive covid-19 case comes from any school of South Punjab then that must be notified and shared with this department on same day of reporting alongwith closure of teaching institution in coordination with CEO(DHA) and CEO(DEA)of concerned District of South Punjab .
This compliance must be dealt on top priority.
