Subject: PROFORMA PROMOTION AS SST W.E.F THE DATE OF PROMOTION OF JUNIORS
With reference to Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department letter No.SO(SE-II1)5-74/2015 dated 26-08-2020, duly endorsed by the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Pakpattan vide No. 2842 dated 09.09.2020 for implementation as desired by the Government.
You are hereby directed to provide the following record of ESTs (English) who have been promoted as SSTs and now claiming their proforma promotion as SST w.e.f the date when juniors to them were promoted.
1. Application for proforma promotion.
2. Attested Copy of CNIC
3. Attested copies of Degrees/ Certificates.
4. Appointment Order as GET.
5. First joining report as GET
6. Regularization orders.
7. Promotion order as SST.
8. Date of joining as SST.
9. Salary slip.
10. Service Book
positively to proceed further into the matter.
The above mentioned record is required to be submit it within a week.
