Subject. INITIATION OF PERs / ACRs THROUGH SIS (E-PERs),
Your personal and immediate attention is drawn to this Directorate’s Memo No. 5762 dated 29.11.2021 vide which guidelines on the subject were issued (Copy Enclosed).
The updated data available on HRMIS reflects that a number of teachers have not submitted their PERs / ACRs no far. You are directed to check the position of your district on portal and all delinquents may be directed to observe the directions and without loss of any time PERs / ACRs may be initiated through their login till 05th February 2022.
In case of non-compliance the supervisory officers and concerned Teachers will be held responsible and action will be taken against them.
Please ensure compliance on top priority basis.
