Constitution of Committee for Inspection of ECCE Kits under PHCIP
PROGRAMME MONITORING & IMPLEMENTATION UNIT PUNJAB EDUCATION SECTOR REFORM PROGRAMME PUNJAB HUMAN CAPITAL INVESTMENT PROJECT (PHCIP)
NOTIFICATION
No. 1-31/HCl/PMIU/SED / Tech./2020/24447 The competent authority has been pleased to constitute the following Committee for the inspection of ECCE Kits under Punjab Human Capital Investment Project:
1. ECE Curriculum Specialist /Education Specialist, PHCIP, PMIU-SED
2. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, PHCIP, PMIU-SED
3. Representative from District Education Authority (DEA), concerned District
4. Deputy District Education Officer Male (DDEO-M), concerned Tehsil
5. Deputy District Education Officer Female (DDEO-F), concerned Tehsil
The terms of reference of the committee are as under:
1. To inspect the ECCE Kit items with respect to quality and quantity at tehsil level warehouses designated by CEO concerned.
2. Sign the inspection report and acceptance of goods.
3. Committee shall complete the inspection immediately within two working days of delivery.
4. Report/s shall be submitted to CMS PHCIP for further necessary
5. In case of any defect/non-conformance found during inspection, the items may be replaced immediately before the delivery to school heads.
