Extension in contract of SSE Educators in Lahore District

گورنمنٹ آف دی پنجاب سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ  کی جانب سے  کنٹرکٹ پر کام کرنے والے ایجوکیٹرز کے کنٹرکٹ پیریڈ میں  ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر (سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن )  لاہور نے 2016 میں بھرتی ہونے والے تمام ایس ایس سی ۔ ایجوکیٹر کے کنٹرکٹ پیریڈ میں ایک سال کی توسیع کر دی ہے۔ یہ توسیع ان کے پرانے کنٹرکٹ پیریڈ کے ختم ہونے کے بعد شروع ہو گی ۔ یہ کنٹرکٹ پیریڈ صرف لاہور ضلع کی حدود میں کام کرنے والے ایس ایس سی پر لاگو ہو گی ۔ ان تمام ایجوکیٹرز کی اگر تعلیمی اسناد ابھی تک تصدیق نہیں ہو سکی تو متعلقہ ڈی ڈی او پاور اس بات کی ذمہ دار ہو گی کہ وہ ان کے تما م تعلیم اسناد کی تصدیق کروائے۔

No__/Admn-I & II, In pursuance of letter of agreement terms and condition No. 04 of SSEs who have been recruited in 2016. The extension in the contract for further period of one year. from the date of expiry in hereby granted to such Secondary School Educators (SSEs) (Male & Female) (all categories, which have possessed the professional qualifications). However, the terms and conditions already mentioned in their letter of agreements shall remain intact.

1. The concerned drawing and disbursing officers (DDOs) are responsible for verification of appointment letter degrees/professional qualification (if not earlier from the concerned Universities and will he held accountable in Case of some discrepancy at belated stage. Furthermore, the DDOs will ensure continuity of their salaries.
