NOTIFICATION

In pursuant of the instructions passed by the Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore vide letter No. SO (SE-Ill) 5-225/2017 dated 28.03.2019, the extension in contract for further period of one year from the date of expiry is hereby granted being Competent Authority to Secondary School Educators (SSEs) Male & Female (all categories) possessing the professional qualification, presently working in the District Rahimyarkhan recruited in the year 2014-15 on the usual terms and conditions already mentioned in their letters of agreements.
The concerned drawing and disbursing officers (DDOs) are responsible for verification of appointment letter / certificates / degrees / professional qualification (if had not earlier been verified from the concerned Board / Universities and if any discrepancy found at any stage they will be held accountable). Furthermore, the DDOs will ensure continuity of their salaries and District Education Officer concerned shall ensure the process of verifications and satisfactory performance etc.
