NOTIFICATION
No.7 (1)2020-E0B1, In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 along with sub-section 2(a) of EOB ACT 1976, of Employees Old-Age Benefits Act, 1976, the Federal Government is pleased to allow increase in the EOBI minimum pension from Rs.6,500/- to Rs.8,500/- per month along with 30% increase in formula pension, with effect from 1st January 2020.
