Services of educators recruited in the year 2017 are to be completed in July 2020, in this context you are requested to constitute the scrutiny committee at your own level for examination of their record for regularization by observing the available direction of the department issued time to time in this regard.
Therefore supply the following to this office at your earliest for further considerations and necessary action.
I. Minutes of meeting by the scrutiny committee
2. Record / file of each educator working under your control. This should be treated at personal level
