As directed by the Deputy Commissioner Kolai Pallas Kohistan vifr No. 1670/DC KP Kohistan dated 10-07-2019 on the captioned subject.
It is notified that the following teachers / Officials are hereby nominated for Polio Duty and the Polio Campaign has been scheduled w.e.f. 15 july 2019 to 19 july 2019. You are directed to inform all officials before starting of Polio Campaign.
