I am directed to refer to letter No. 11627/Admn (Male)-4 , dated 01-08-2018 , on the subject noted above and to state that the cases have been examined in this department and found that committee has forwarded the cases to this department without recommendations after proper scrutiny and even the minutes of meetings of committee have not been forwarded , therefore , it has been decided to refer back the cases to the committee for re-confirmation on the following lines :.

• Copy of advertisement of PPSC.
• Batch-wise recommendation of PPSC.
• Orders of the School Education Department.
• Character Role of Each Teacher prepared on digital proforma approved by the School Education Department , Wherein particulars of the teachers may be incorporated including pictures and thumb impressions.

2. It has further been directed that the committee will furnish batch-wise details of contract employees whose contract has been expired or going to be expired in few days.

3. I am , therefor , directed to request that compliance of the above directions of the competent authority may be ensured in letter and spirit and furnish the cases on the above lines to this department within one week positively , please.
