Subject: COMPLETION OF PERSONAL FILES OF ALL TEACHERS AS PER CHECK LIST FOR SED-HRMIS.

Refer to the subject cited above.
You are very well aware that higher authorities pressing very hard for in time & smooth completion of the process of collecting the personal files of all the working teachers according the instruction/check list of SED-HRMIS up to the schedule date. At present working Teaching staff (M&F) of secondary wing is about above six thousand but it is sorry to say that only five hundred plus personal files collected in all the Tehsil Coordinator schools of District Rahimyarkhan.
In this regard, all the Heads are directed to complete this task/ official work on war footing base , assigned this task as Burning Issue / Time Limit Case & submit complete personal files of your school before 15.10,2020 to concerned Tehsil Committee /Tehsil Coordinator Schools. In case of further delay or non-compliance, list of defaulter schools will communicate to higher authorities for proceeding on the basis of inefficiency/negligence under relevant rules.
