Maryam Nawaz Sharif CM Punjab approved the up gradation of Public Schools to upper level in Punjab. She required the feasibility report from DC of each district of Schools for up gradation from Upper level by Maryam Nawaz CM Punjab today.

Maryam Nawaz Sharif Chief Minister Punjab desired to up grade all public schools in Punjab. So the CM Punjab office send a letter to Dy. Commissioners in all Districts of Punjab. Dy. Commissioners are required to submit feasibility report within the before the March 2024.

REQUEST FOR PROVISION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS FOR ESTABLISHMENT & UP•GRADATION OF SCHOOLS

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to inform that as per vision of Honorable Chief Minister, Punjab, School Education Department is trying its best to provide free quality education to every child of the Punjab at its door step. In this context, following initiatives are proposed for provision of quality education.

i) Establishment of new Schools ii) Up-gradation of Primary Schools to Elementary Level iii) Up-gradation of Elementary Schools to High Level iv) Up-gradation of High Schools to Higher Secondary Level

2. I am, therefore, directed to request you to furnish the Feasibility Reports of all such feasible schools as per approved criteria of Government of the Punjab, School Education Department in soft form on email at soschoolsIhr@gqmail.com as well as hard form TILL 10th MARCH, 2024.

3. I am further directed to request that following points must be followed – i) For establishment of new Schools, the land reserved, must be mutated in the name of School Education Department Affidavit will not be accepted. However, documentary evidence of mutation must be attached ii) Feasibility Reports must be initiated by DEO / Dy. DEO and countersigned by CEO concerned. iii) At the time of preparation of Feasibility Reports, follow the approved criteria notified by the Government of the Punjab, School Education Department must be followed (copy enclosed).
