District Account Officer District Account Office Rahim Yar Khan issued a letter for updation of GP Fund Balance of all Regular employees working under Government of the Punjab. AG Punjab Lahore issued the notification No. GP Fund-1(Coord)/HM1260 Dated 13.07.2021 on Subject “Updation of GP Fund Balance in SAP System “.
As per Orders of High ups 100% updation of GP Fund data /Record of all the Government Regular Employees in the SAP System should be maintained. The target can only be achieved by allotting GP Fund Account Number as well as Personal Number to all the regular Civil Servant Employees and Updating GP Fund Balance in SAP System.
In the case where GP Fund subscribers has already their Personal Number , the GP Fund deduction scheduled month wise along with copy of acquaintance rolls and Copies of Bills duly attested / Signed by the DDO should be submitted to enable this office to Proceed further in the matter.
The worthy AG Punjab has directed to compliance 100% GP Fund updation Calendar Year wise who are retiring w.e.f. 2022 to 2025.
