The Government of the Pakistan has Special Power of Attorney / authorized Government Officers Grade-16 and above to attest the documents of individuals as and where required. However, it has been reposted that Government Officials of below BPS-16 rank are attesting the NADRA NICOP / CNIC / Smart Card forms and ancillary documents which is against the aforesaid authorization.
Following teachers violates the rules of Government of Pakistan.
- Ms. Tayyiba Roy Headmistress (BPS-14) GGPS Chak No. Hakeem Tehsil Zafar Wall District Narowal attested the CNICF bearing NO. 511891021444.
- Mr. Munawar Hussain Headmaster BPS-14 GPS Dhadiala District Narowal attested the CNICF bearing No. 511891014777.
- Ms. Bushra Khanum Headmistress BPS-14 GGPS Kousar Narowal attested the CNICF bearing No. 108051475391.
- Ms. Ansa Asad Headmistress BPS-14 GGPS No.2 Narowal attested the CNICF bearing No. 108051472940.
- Mr. Anees Ahmad Headmaster BPS-14 GPS Kotli Plot District Narowal attested the CNICF bearing No. 108051476523.
- Mr. Sarfraz Ahmad Headmaster BPS-14 GPS Dhudhu Tehsil Shakar Garh District Narowal attested the CNICF bearing No.505721085770.
Where these teachers not authorized to attest the forms. This act of said employees is a defiance of the guidelines / instructions issued by the Govt. of the Pakistan.
Who is authorized to attest documents?
In Pakistan, Only Gazetted Officers working as regular employees working in Different Departments of Federal or Provincials Governments on BPS-16 or above are authorized to attest any Document. In School Education Department SST / AEO / HM /SHM /Principal / Dy. DEO / DEO / CEO / Assistant Directors / Superintendents are allowed to attest any document.
Which Documents Can be attested?
Photocopy of all documents will attest by any attestation authority in Pakistan. Officers BPS-16 and above also have Power of Attorney to Verify the different types of Security, CNIC, NICOP and Personal Identification Forms.
