Inefficiency and Poor Performance PEEDA ACT against Incharge Headmaster

Charges list on High School Headmaster. Now HIgh School Headmaster faces PEEDA ACT 2006.

The undersigned visited your school on 01.08.2022 and found the following discrepancies:

  1. The cleanliness of your school was found very poor which amounts to “Inefficiency”
  2. Windows /Doors were found broken which amounts to “Inefficiency”
  3. Furniture and desks were covered with dust which amounts to ”Inefficiency”
  4. Grass needs cutting which amounts to “Inefficiency”
  5. Cleanliness of Building I Premises (Outside) was very poor which amounts to “Inefficiency”
  6. Roofs of building was not cleaned which amounts to “Inefficiency”
  7. Teacher was found absent while his attendance was marked which showed the poor administration and amounts to “Misconduct” & “Inefficiency”
  8. Garbage was scattered everywhere which amounts to “Inefficiency”.
  9. Student attendance was very poor which amounts to ‘Inefficiency”.
  10. SOPs of COVID-19 was not observed which amounts to “Inefficiency”
  11. Instructions of School Education Department South Punjab Multan were not implemented with true letter and spirit which amounts to “Inefficiency”.

Subject: SHOW CAUSE NOTICE UNDER SECTION 5 1 (a) READ WITH SECTION 7(b) OF THE PEEDA
ACT 2006

WHEREAS, the undersigned as Competent Authority, under the Punjab Employees Efficiency and Accountability Act 2006, in due consideration of the facts of this case is of the view that there are sufficient grounds to proceed against you on the following charges:

  1. The cleanliness of your school was found very poor which amounts to “Inefficiency”.

AND WHEREAS, the undersigned is of the opinion that it is not necessary to hold further enquiry into the matter in view of the provisions contained in Section 5 (1) (b) of the Act ibid. It is therefore, proposed to proceed against you under Section 5 (1) (a) read with Section 7 (b) Punjab Employees Efficiency and Accountability Act 2006.

NOW THEREFORE, you are hereby once again called upon to show cause in writing on mentioned below date as to why one or more penalties as prescribed in Section 4 of the Punjab Employees Efficiency and Accountability Act 2006 should not be imposed upon you.

Your reply to the show cause notice should reach the undersigned on fixed date of hearing, failing which it shall be presumed that you have no defense to offer.

In case you desire to consult any record, on which the aforesaid charges are based or is relevant to the aforesaid charges, you may do so with prior arrangement with the undersigned within three days of the receipt of this notice.

You are also provided an opportunity of personal hearing on 11-08-2022 a 02:00pm with the direction
to appear before the undersigned for submission of your written defense with defensive document proves.
