Subject RELAXATION IN DUTY HOURS FROM SCHOOL DURING ELECTORAL VERIFICATION PROCESS
Apropos the subject:
As discussed by the District Election Commissioner, Rahimyarkhan in meeting dated 10.11.2021 held at CEO DEA RYK Office, it is being intimated that process of door to door verification of Electoral Rolls under the supervision of Election Commission of Pakistan has been started. In this connection, District Election Commissioner Rahimyarkhan has appointed Supervisors and Verifying Officials (VOs) from schools to carry out the said important assignment which is national cause.
In this connection, I am directed to request you to fully cooperate with the officials/supervisors and they may be relaxed (if required) from duty after 01:00 PM for timely completion of verification process. Your cooperation in this regard shall highly be appreciated.
