Decision meeting on Establishment of Parks and Play Grounds
کمشنر بہاول پور کی زیر صدارت ہونے والی میٹنگ میں بچوں کے لئے کھیلنے کے میدان اور پارکس کی سہولیات کا جائزہ لیا گیا۔ اس میں فیصلہ کیاگیا کہ موجودہ کھیل کے میدان اور سپورٹس کی سہولیات کو ہر صورت اپریشنل کی اجائے گا۔
اور کھیل کے میدان کے حوالے سے جو ڈپٹی کمشنرز کی پہنچ سے باہر ہوں ان کی رپورٹ دی جائے ۔
کھیلوں کے میدان کے حوالے سے اگلی میٹنگ بہت جلد کی جائے گی ۔
یہ لیٹرایڈیشنل کمشنر بہاول پور ڈویزن کی جانب سے جاری کیا گیا ہے۔

Subject. DECISIONS — MEETING ON ESTABLISHMENT OF PARKS, PLAY
GROUNDS AND SPORTS FACILITIES HELD ON 13.07.2021
I am directed to refer to the subject cited above and to state that subject meeting held today under the Chairmanship of Chief Secretary Punjab and following decisions were taken.
I. All existing play grounds and sports facilities which can be operational through own resources shall be made operational immediately
2. Plans of play grounds and sports facilities which are beyond own resources shall be submitted for onward transmission
Next subject review meeting will be held shortly. It is therefore, requested the data of play grounds and sports facilities which are being operational through own resources and plans of other sports facilities shall be obtained from all colleges, schools etc. and be submitted within 02 days positively.
