Rawalpindi (Online) According to Qaisar Sheerazi near about 15 million students out of School today. All Government policies failed to bring them to school. Now a days 11 million students are studying in schools. Mostly students were working in Small industries , Hotels , workshops and Shops. They earn money from these shops and industry. In South Punjab Teachers are not available in other activities like Collection of flood affectees from flood areas, Some Teachers are busy in Polio Campaign , Some Teachers are busy to kill Dengue (Rather than this is the responsibility of Health Department), Some Teacher move for Collection of data for Election Commission, Some Teachers move work for Census Department. second reason is non availability of Basic Needs in Schools. More than 40% Students leave the schools at Primary Level due to non availability of Basic needs which is Teacher.
