Teachers E Transfer Open / Schedule July August 2023 notify by School Education Department. Teachers can apply for Transfer in Different schools from July 28, 2023 to August 17, 2023.

School Education lifting of ban on Transfer and Posting of Teachers in Punjab. Ban on Transfer lifted from today. The last date to apply for Transfer is August 6, 2023 till midnight.

Dates for Apply (Online Applications on SIS)

All Will Teachers want to apply in following dates in Online System of SIS starts from July 28, 2023 to August 06, 2023.

Documents Verification

According to Notification the Documents verification starts from August 07, 2023 to August 09, 2023 in Office of the CEO DEA of each district.

Appeals for E Transfer

The School Education Department give the time for Appeals, if anyone have the objection on Transfers process than he / she will forward appeals between 10.08.2023 To 12.08.2023.

Decision on Appeals for E Transfer

The School Education Department will study all applications / appeals with respect to SED Transfer Policy 2023, They will write decisions in front of candidates between 13.08.2023 To 15.08.2023.

Review Committee

In School Education Department Review Committee start work on Appeals received from different Teachers which apply for Transfers. This committee will Complete Their work between 13.08.2023 To 15.08.2023.

Online Orders

All online Orders will be available on SIS App from August 17,2023. So teachers can get their online Orders from online system of Punjab School Education Department.

OPENING OF E-TRANSFER ROUND of Teachers
I am directed to refer to subject noted above and to intimate that the
Competent Authority has approved the opening of E-Transfer round for all categories of
teachers i.e. awaiting posting officers / teachers, promoted teachers, Divorce, Widow.
Wedlock, Marriage, Disability, Medical, Mutual and Open Merit transfers as per following schedule. All CEOs (DEAs) will be responsible to tag all promoted teachers on SIS before opening of SIS round.

2. It is further directed to share the said schedule with lower formation as well as in all social media groups for awareness of teachers with the following directions for strict compliance: –

I. The teachers deputed in Election duties will be hound to perform their Election Duties as per duty assigned by Election Commission of Pakistan as per previous place of postings. Concerned Head Teachers /DDO and CEO IDEA) will be responsible to comply with the direction for the same. In case of non – compliance, disciplinary proceedings will be initiated under PEEDA Act, 2006.

II. Awaking posting officers / teachers are directed to apply on SIS for their postings. In case of non-compliance. their intervening / awaiting period will be considered as leave of kind due instead of pay purpose. They are further directed to get themselves updated on SIS from the officer of undersigned.

III. All promoted teachers / officers are directed to choose maximum preferences for actualization of promotion on S1S. In case of failure, they will be posted / adjusted against those schools whore dire need is present.
