Teachers E Transfer Open / Schedule May 2023 notify by School Education Department. Teachers can apply for Transfer in Different schools from May 25,2023 to June 2,2023.

Documents Verification

According to Notification the Documents verification starts from June 03,2023 to June 07,2023 in Office of the CEO DEA of each district.

Appeals for E Transfer

The School Education Department give the time for Appeals, if anyone have the objection on Transfers process than he / she will forward appeals between 08.06.2023 To 12.06.2023.

Review Committee

In School Education Department Review Committee start work on Appeals received from different Teachers which apply for Transfers. This committee will Complete Their work between 13.06.2023 To 17.06.2023.

Online Orders

All online Orders will be available on SIS App from June 20,2023. So teachers can get their online Orders from online system of Punjab School Education Department.

SUBJECT:- OPENING OF E-TRANSFER ROUND in Punjab for Teachers
I am directed to refer to subject noted above and to intimate you that the Competent Authority has approved that the opening of E-Transfer round for actualization of promotion of different categories of teachers, awaiting posting teacher / officers, hardships (Divorce, Widow, Wedlock, Marriage, Disability, Medical), mutual as well as general transfers of all teachers as per following schedule: All CEO (DEAs) will be responsible to taq all promoted teachers on SIS before opening of SIS round. Here is the Schedule for Teachers E Transfers.

2. It is further directed to share the said schedule to lower formation as well as in all social media groups for awareness of teachers with the following directions for strict compliance: –

• The teachers deputed in Election duties will be bound to perform their Election Duties as per duty assigned by Election Commission of Pakistan as per previous place of postings. Concerned Head Teachers / DDO and CEO (DEA) will be responsible to comply with the direction for the same. In case of non-compliance, disciplinary proceedings. will be initiated under PEEDA Act, 2006.
• Awaiting posting officers / teachers are directed to apply on SIS for their postings. In case of non-compliance, their intervening / awaiting period will be considered as leave of kind due instead of pay purpose. They are further directed to get themselves updated on SIS from the officer of undersigned.
• All promoted teachers I officers are directed to choose maximum preferences for actualization of promotion on SIS. In case of failure, they will be posted I adjusted against those schools where dire need is present.
