Secretary School Education revised the Election Scheduled in public Schools Punjab. According to Student Council Election Day is May21, 2025. All chief executive Officers are bound to follow this schedule for all Public Schools.
I am directed to inform that Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department is making earnest efforts to enhance education across public schools and boost students capabilities through various means. Consequently, the establishment of student councils in government schools is a vital step towards enhancing learning & leadership capabilities. A comprehensive guideline / code of conduct is attached for formulation of students councils in Government schools is attached. By adhering to these steps, government schools can establish dynamic and efficient student councils, empowering students to assume leadership roles and foster positive impacts within their schools. Moreover, election schedule is as under:

| Election Campaign | May 14-16 |
| publication of ballot papers/preparations of elections | May 19-20 |
| Election day/voting/Announcement of election results | May 21 |
| Filing of election petitions/decisions. | May 22 |
3. I am further directed to request you to implement the above said directions in true letter and spirit and also disseminate the directions at all levels for its successful completion. 4. This may be treated as MOST URGENT.

Punjab Government, decided to change the scheduled Student Council Election 2025. Now according to notification the students council election day is May 21,2025. All Public Schools inside the Punjab are bound to follow this election Schedule.if not than a proceeding will be initiated.
