Govt. of the Punjab transfer Internet charges to all High Schools for payment of internet fee Rs.4000 per month (pm) per school under ASPIRE project by PESRP – PMIU (Punjab Monitoring & Implementation Unit Punjab Education Sector Reforms Program).
Each school is responsible to these billing through a valid Company, Where PTCL Internet available. In case of non availability PTCL Internet than may they used different ISP (Internet Service Provider).

The Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit (PMIU), PESRP School Education Department, in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Education and Professional Training, is executing the project “Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education” (ASPIRE) with funding from the World Bank.
2. As the approved Provincial Grants Coordination Committee (PGCC), ASPIRE will support the schools in project districts having computer Labs with internet connectivity for Internet Billing.
3. A Cheque Number 307768 Dated 14/04/25 amounting to Rs. 14,736,000 (Fourteen Million Seven Hundred and Thirty Six Thousand Only) is attached for the Internet Billing in 307 Schools of District Rahim Yar Khan (List Attached).These funds need to be disbursed @ 4,000/Month/School. So, a total of Rs. 48,000/Month/School needs to be disbursed in FY 2024-25.
4. Moreover, your office is responsible for report to the ASPIRE Team at PMIU regarding transfer of funds and intimate regarding Inter Billing.
