School Education Department issued the Check List for Documents verification at CEO DEA Offices of Different Districts of Punjab. All Candidates which applied for E Transfer and Now their Status is “Selected”. They must move to their Chief Executive Office (DEA) from June 3,2023 to June 7,2023 for Documents verification.
- All Original Documents found in this Check list.
- One Set of Photocopy of all relevant Documents
- Print of SIS Application after downloading from SIS App
- Get Post Vacant Certificate from Selected Schools.
All the DDOs must share this page with their Schools Staff.
Please convey to all the teachers who applied in the recent e-transfer phase and have got selected, to appear in SIS Branch CEO (DEA) Office for the verification of documents is scheduled from 03 June 2023 but not latter than June 7,2023.
Direct the teachers to bring all the relevant documents in original and a copy of all those documents as below:
1- E-transfer application
2- CNIC
3- First appointment order
4- First joining report
5- Current School Order
6- Current School joining report
7- Salary Slip (latest)
