Rahim Yar Khan (Online) District Accounts officer Rahim Yar khan issue a letter to stop the FRAUDULENT Payments to government employees. Now he send many instructions to drawing & Disbursing Officers , so that they check all necessary things. If drawing & Disbursing Officers can check every thing than what will be the purpose of Auditors in District Accounts Office. They are just to earn money in form of percentage from each budget. Now they are feel free about audit of any bill which they receive from Government Employees.

Please refer to the subject noted above.

All the drawing & Disbursing Officers may be adopted the following measures as desired by the Government in different letters issued time to time.

1. Reconcile their expenditure on monthly basis between 01 to 15 of each month.
2. Submit their specimen signature (attested).
3. Submit the each change form/Hiring form along with forwarding letter showing the following certificates:
   i. It is certified that change form is correct in all respect.
   ii. The employee signatures are verified.
   iii.    All the academic certificate have been verified and found correct in case of new hiring form.
   iv. It is certified that the post is vacant/available for new hiring form/transfer case.
4.  All hiring forms/change forms may be entered in transaction register of department with full signature of DDO against each entry.
