Regularization of AEO’s under Punjab Regularization Act 2018 Notification Issued date 31-01-2020

Subject: REGULARIZATION OF AEOs UNDER PUNJAB REGULARIZATION ACT 2018.

In continuation of this Directorate’s Memo No. 6356/Admn /F-I dated 06-11-2019, No. 6883/Admn (F-I) dated 04-12-2019 and No. 29/Admn (F-I) dated 02-01-2020, on the subject cited above.
It is already in your knowledge that the Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department has desired to submit the regularization cases of AEOs who were appointed after passing NTS amongst SSEs in the year 2016 on contract basis in the Punjab and who have completed three (3) years or more satisfactory service along with requisition form, working paper and complete individual files. It is reiterated with great concern that clear cut numbers of AEOs and requisite files/documents have not been provided by the Districts so far which has created an embarrassing situation.
It is therefore, directed that all AEOs who have been appointed as AEOs through NTS and having three years or more service, their cases for consideration regularization under Regularization Act 2018 may be submitted to this Directorate on following format:

You are once again requested to provide the requisite information along with requisition form, working paper and complete individual files may be provided within three days positively without fail.
