SUBJECT:- REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSFERS DATED 18-08-2020.

With reference to the subject cited above, you are hereby directed to inform. all aggrieved teachers that SED have taken following decisions regarding administrative ground transfer orders dated 18-08-2020.
Therefore all the aggrieved teachers may follow the following directions I decisions to resolves their complaints / issues regarding their administrative ground transfer orders:-

1. Joining period for all Administrative transfers has being extended uptill readjustment orders.

2. All the administratively transferred teachers are being given an opportunity to give option for nearby under-Staffed schools through SIS system on 03-09-2020 (Thursday evening).

3. They can submit their options through SIS from 04-09-2020 to 06-09-2020.

4. All disable transferred teachers will submit their request with disability certificate duly issued by Social welfare Board through SIS logins. Request will be accepted after verification of CEOs.

5. MC cadre teachers will also submit their request with First appointment orders of MC cadre on SIS logins. Request will be accepted after verification of CEOs on SIS Portal.

6. All CEOs will verify these certificate of disabilities and appointment orders of MC cadre teachers on SIS portal on 07-09-2020 (Monday).

7. Readjustment orders will be issued on 09-09-2020 through SIS system.

You are therefore directed to inform your Dy. DEOs/ AEOs/ Head of institution that they inform these teachers through school order book about these directions / decisions of SED in true letter & spirit. For non-compliance you will be held personally responsible for all kinds of consequences.
