SUBJECT: PROVISION OF INFORMATION FOR AUTOMATION OF NSB TRANSFER MECHANISM

Please refer to the subject cited above.
2. As per the directions of Secretary School Education Department, Finance cell of PMIU is working on the automation of NSB transfer process. Under the proposed automated system. NSB funds shall be directly transferred from Finance Department to School Council’s bank accounts through Bank of Punjab. For this purpose, we need to develop a comprehensive database containing information of bank accounts of all schools.
3. You are therefore requested to provide the information of all schools which are entitled to NSB as per following format on priority basis.

Please make sure to provide the complete bank account number along with branch code.
4. All the CEOs are requested to provide the above mentioned details in an excel file and send the soft copy to da1.pmiu@gmail.com and hard copy to PMIU-PESRP by Monday, 8. July 2019.
