POOR PERFORMANCE OF HEAD OF THE INSTITUTIONS

Subject:- POOR PERFORMANCE OF HEAD OF THE INSTITUTION.

                It is submitted that the undersigned paid administrative visit to Govt. M.C. High School, Raza Abad Faisalabad on 13.10.2017 and found the following Short falls on the part of the Head of the institute:-

1. The enrollment in Karachi Class was very low i.e. 10 student have been  enrolled in the said school. The Head of the institute failed to achieve the  target set in Chief Minister Punjab’s School Reforms Map.

2. The condition of Computer Lab was poor.
3.   Safety measures in connection with electricity were not adopted and the  electricity wires were in loose condition.

4.  Toilet block was also in very bad condition.
5. SOPs regarding the adoption of Dengue Preventive Measures have not been   complied with.

                          The above mentioned shorts falls reveal the inefficiency of the Head of   the institution.

                           Therefore, the services of Mr. Abdul Ghaffar, Headmaster (BS-17), Govt. M.C. High School Raza Abad Faisalabad are hereby placed at your disposal with immediate effect for his further posting in addition to initiation of disciplinary proceedings under PEEDA Act, 2006 against the said officer.

                   It is submitted that the undersigned paid administrative visit to Govt. Millat Islamia High School, Ghulam Muhammad Abad, Faisalabad on 13.10.2017 and found the Following short falls on the part of Head of  institution:-

1. The computer lab was non –functional.
2. The computer equipments in computer lab were in very poor condition. No one took pain to clean them .

3. UPS was non functional for the last two years.
4. Poor cleanliness condition of school.

The above mentioned short falls reveal the in efficiency of the Head of the  institution.

Therefore, the services of Mr. Hamid Mahmood Sr. Headmaster (BS-19) Govt. Millat Islamia High School, Ghulam Muhammad Abad Faisalabad are hereby placed at your disposal with immediate effect for his further posting in addition to initiation of disciplinary proceedings under PEEDA Act, 2006 against the said officer.
