ORDER

WHEREAS, Mr. Muhammad Akram Shah, Junior Clerk, Govt. Boys High School Chak No. 01-P, Jettha Bhutta Tehsil Khan Pur & District Rahim Yar Khan was proceeded under PEEDA Act- 2006, on account of absent from duty on 26.02.2020, during the visit of District Education Officer (SE) Rahim Yar Khan & recommended disciplinary proceedings against him on account of following charges:

1. As reported by the DEO (SE) Rahim Yar Khan vide No. 1531/CC dated 29.02.2020, you were found absent from duty on 26.02.2020, which falls in the preview of “Misconduct” as defined under section 2 (n) of the PEEDA ..1)
Act-2006.
AND WHEREAS, the undersigned issued a Show Cause Cum Personal Hearing Notice under section 2 (n) of the PEEDA Act-2006, bearing No. 2394/CC dated 06.03.2020, to the accused with the direction to appear in person on 13.03.2020, at 04:00 PM. The accused appeared in person and submitted his explanatory written reply.
AND WHEREAS, the said case was fixed again for Personal Hearing on 14.03.2020, vide this office letter No. 2598/CC dated 13.012020. The Senior Headmaster of GHS Chak No. 01-P, Jettha Bhutta Khan Pur & Incharge Headmaster of said school on that day i.e. on 26.02.2020, attended this office the accused was heard at length. He also submitted a written reply which was perused by the undersigned but found unsatisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE, after careful perusal of the record the undersigned I, Rana Muhammad Azhar Khan being Competent Authority has satisfied that all the charges leveled against the accused are fully proved. Hence! PENALTY OF WITHHOLDING OF ONE ANNUAL INCREMENT FOR ONE YEAR is hereby imposed upon the accused under section 4 (1) (a) (ii) of the PEEDA Act-2006.
