Notification for Correction in Regular Orders of Educators

سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ حکومت پنجاب  کی جانب سے ایک لیٹر جاری کیا گیا ہے کہ جن پنجاب میں ایجوکیٹرز کے ریگولر کے لیٹرز غلط نکالے گئے تھے ۔ ان تمام کو فوری طور پر درست کرنے کا حکم نامہ جاری کیا گیا ہے۔ اور ان آرڈرز کو دوباری جاری کرکے درست آرڈر نکالے جائیں۔

Subject: REQUEST FOR CORRECTION IN REGULARIZATION ORDERS.

I am directed to refer to the subject cited above.

2. It has come into the notice of Competent Authority that many contractual employees in the above mentioned districts have been regularized. The, regularization orders were to be issued with immediate effect, instead they were issued having words “with effect from“.

3. Contractual employees of Govt. of the Punjab were regularized under “The Punjab Regularization of Service Act. 2018, As per clause 2(F) of the Act ibid. –
“Regularization means the appointment of an eligible contract employee on regular basis, with immediate effect, in accordance with the Act”.

4, In view of above, it has been desired to rectify their regularization orders at the earliest, under intimation to this office.
