General, Punjab Housing Town Planning Agency (PHATA) is hereby promoted to BS-20, to the rank of Secretary to Government of the Punjab / Commissioner of the Division and other equivalent posts (BS-20), on officiating basis, in his cadre and upon such promotion he is transferred and posted as Managing Director, Punjab Education Foundation (PEF), vice Mr. Shamim Asif (PMS (ex-PSS)/BS-20), transferred.
