Subject : Initiation of Enquiry against Mr. Muhammad Afzal Head Master GHS Satellite Chishtian District Bahawal Nagar on the charge of inefficiency in term of Poor performance and non-maintenance of the record relating NSB and FTF

The under signed paid a surprise visit at Government High School Satellite Town Chishtian on 10.06.2021. During the visit , it has been noted with great concerned that the condition of the respective school was very clumsy , awful and dirty while the SOPs regarding COVID-19 were not fully adopted as per direction issued by the School Education Department , Government of the Punjab vide notification No. SO (A-I) 1-12-2008 dated 13.08.2020 about the observance of SOPs due to prevailing dangerous situation of COVID-19.

During the School visit it was found that the discipline was not up to mark and School was not cleaned as it ought to be undersigned recorded that Cash book and Vouchers of NSB were not properly maintained. The record about expenditure was incomplete and faulty which has created dought about misuse of funds , Hence the matter is taken upto be inquired under the following allegations.

1. Misuse of Funds

2. Incomplete Record i.e. Register School Council , Register Students Enrollment and Attendance of Teachers

3. Dirty Atmosphere of School

4. In-Disciplined Atmosphere of School

5. Poor educational Condition of the students relating syllabus

Mr. Arshad Perveez Principal Govt. Rizvia High School Haroonabad is hereby appointed as inquiry Officer to probe the matter and Submit Comprehensive report with clear recommendations on the Subject case within the 02 weeks positively.
