Govt approved District Education Authority
Rawalpindi (Qaisar Sheerazi) Govt of the Punjab decided to established a District Education Authority after completion of Local Body Election in all 36 Districts of the Punjab. Government of the Punjab already approved the District Education Authority and will change the structure of the Education Department. For this purpose Govt. of the Punjab 100% ready to implement. Last year Government of the Punjab complete the legislation process to establish of District Education Authority.
In District Education Authority Department Head will be Mayor , Dy. Mayor or chairman. In this authority following member will be include
- Municipal Committee member
- A member from Education Department of BPS-19
- Parent
- Retired Judge
- NGO representative
District Education Authority will consist of 11-13 members. District Education Authority will deal Government Schools up gradation, demolish of schools, Merge of Schools , Construction of New Schools , Promotion of Teachers , New recruitments in Education Department , Suspension of Teachers and Pension .
