Subject: – COLLECTION OF PERs FOR SCANNING ON HRMS FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01.01.2016 TO 31.12.2020.

As you are well aware that all the Heads of the Institutions (Male & Female) in District Sheikhupura have already been directed time to time and again through WhatsApp, message voice message, telephonically to prepare /complete the PERs of of teaching staff for the period from 01.01.2016 to 31.12,020 for stoning on HRMS as per directions of Government of the Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore. In this regard, the high ups has fixed 30.06.2021 as last date to complete the task.

Therefore. you are directed to collect the PERs of leaching staff from their attached schools immediately and submit to the concerned officers as under-

1. PER from 2016 to 2019 (One file)
2. PER 2020 (One file)

The PERs from 2016 to 2019 may be collected in envelop from each school with service stamps and send to Dr. Tanveer lqbal Mughol Ex-DEO(SE) Sheikhupura presently working as Principal. QAED, Kot Lakhpat. Lahore with your covering letter for countersignature (If needed). The PER 2020 may be sent to this office for countersignature (If needed) within two days positively.
This may be treated as Most Urgent.
This is lime limit case.
