Subject: Availing of Casual Leave / Short Leave through SMS via Whatsapp

I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to convey directions of the Competent Authority that officers / officials of School Education Department most obtain prior approval from their officer incharge before availing causal leave(s). However, In case of any emergency, they must inform their officer Incharge through SMS via whatsApp.
2. I are, therefore, directed to request that these Instructions
may also be conveyed to all subordinate staff for strict compliance In letter and spirit.
