Subject : Attestation of Degrees Awarded through Directorates of Distance Education (DDEs)
- Reference is made to QADs earlier No. DDE/HEC/2018/205 dated November 12,2018 .
- The Competent authority has kindly accorded approval to process the attestation of degrees of MS/M.Phil/Equivalent and under graduate program (Except Law and Technology) of all directorate of distance education (DDEs) as per policy. The list of Programs is attached as Annexure-1.
- It is also intimated that any degree awarded to students enrolled in MS/M.Phil/Equivalent or Ph.D Programs after March 1 , 2016 through DDEs shall not be entertained for attestation as per decision No.2 of the minutes of the meeting held on January 29,2016 (Annexure-II).
- Furthermore , any degree awarded to students enrolled in any program offered through DDEs after February 16,2018 shall not be considered valid for the attestation as per decision conveyed through letter No. P-DDE/QA/HEC/2018/101 dated 16-02-2018 (Annexure-III).
