Approval of Adoption of Govt. Schools for free Cost E-Learning resources

گورنمنٹ آف دی پنجاب سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی جانب سے ہدایات موصول ہونے کے بعد چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی لاہور کی جانب سے ایک لیٹر ڈاکٹر محمد منصور ڈرائیکٹر ڈو این لرن کو لکھا گیا ہے۔ جس میں تمام سرکاری سکولز کو ای۔لرننگ ریسورسز کی منظوری مانگی گئی ہے۔ اور ڈاکٹر مراد راس کے وژن کے مطابق مکمل طور پر مفت سلوشن فراہم کیا جائے گا۔ اس کے علاوہ اپ کا گروپ تمام سرکاری سکولز کو تین ہفتوں کے دوران اپ کا ادارہ دئے گئے فیچرز پر مبنی ویب سائٹ دے گا۔

ہر سکول کی ویب سائٹ پر ان کااپنا مکمل کریکولیم ہو گا ۔ اور اس کے ویڈیو لیکچرز ہوں گے اور ہر سکول کا اپنا ذاتی ویب سائٹ کا ایڈریس ہو گا۔

اس کے علاوہ ہر سکول کی اپنی اینڈرائڈ  ایپ ہو گی ۔

اساتذہ اور طلبا سکول ایپ پر رجسٹر ہو سکیں گے۔

            سکول ایپ میں تمام ٹیچرز اپنی اپنی کلاسز بنا کر اس میں اپنے طلبا ایڈ کر سکیں گے۔

اساتذہ کرام کریکولیم میں سے اپنی کلاس کو دیڈیو لیکچرز شئیر کر سکیں گے۔

اساتذہ کرام اپنی کلاس کے بچوں کو دیا جانے والا ہوم ورک ، نوٹس اور رزلٹ رپورٹ کارڈز بھی اپنی کلاس کو شئیر کر سکیں گے۔

Subject: – APPROVAL FOR ADOPTION OF GOVT. SCHOOLS FOR FREE OF COST E-LEARNING RESOURCES IN REFERENCE TO “MERA SCHOOL PROGRAM” ANNOUNCEMENT BY DR. MURAD RAAS, MINISTER OF PUNJAB FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION

This is with reference to your letter bearing No. Nil dated 06-04-2021. whereby you as Director. DO ‘N’ Learn has sought approval to adopt public schools for provision of E-Learning resources and make it a completely free of cost solution for them by following the vision of Dr. Murad Raas (Minister for School Education Punjab) “Adopt a School-. You have further stated that your group shall process and develop personalize resources of each school within two to three weeks. You hove expressed that the following key features will be provided by your plate form.

i) Every school on personalized curriculum web site with complete curriculum available in form video lectures (every school own web page address).

ii) Every school own personalized with phone app with complete curriculum in the form of video lectures (running completely under every school’s own name).

III) Teachers and students can register in School’s own App.

iv) Teacher can create classes of their own students in their school’s App.

v) Teachers can share available curriculum video lectures in their created classes which will deliver lecture material to each of the student at their give Phone number (multiple lectures on each topic in English as well as in Urdu and teacher choose lectures Of their own choice).

vi) Sharing of assignments important notes. Result Reports etc.

Now in pursuance of the approval accorded by worthy Deputy Commissioner / Administrator. DEA Lahore dated 26-04-2021.The group working under the name DO ‘N’ Learn is hereby permitted for provision of aforesaid E-Learning resources to the public schools initially in High Schools of District Lahore subject to following conditions.

i) All the e-learning resources will be provided to the schools free of cost and the group will not claim any compensation in future.

ii) Back end maintenance solution will be provided at free of cost.

iii) All the e-learning resources will be the property of schools and group will not claim before any court of law.

iv) No such material will be shared which is against the integrity of Pakistan and conflict the ideology of Pakistan.

v) No unethical. Blasphemous. Sacrilegious and sectarian contents will be shared.
