Surrender the Services of DEO(EE-M) District Nankana Sahib

ORDER:
This office has been facing a lot of problems because of the unprofessional and troublesome behavior of Mr. Allah Daad, District Education Officer (M-EE), Nankana Sahib and the smooth running of affairs at the office of District Education Officer Nankana Sahib has become impossible. In this regard two instances are hereby quoted.

2. The thirty-two teachers of Govt. Model High School Choonnian District Kasur made a complaint in the office of Ombudsman Punjab, complaining that their ACR’s from the year 2018 to 2021 are not being initiated by Mr. Allah Daad, Ex-Principal and in this regard, the honorable Ombudsman Punjab directed worthy Deputy Commissioner, Nankana Sahib to got these initiated by Mr. Allah Daad, Ex-Principal and now working as District Education Officer (M-EE), Nankana Sahib and worthy Deputy Commissioner, Nankana Sahib directed this office to ensure the compliance of the said order. This office left no stone unturned to do the same but till date, in-spite of the fact that he has received the ACR’s, compliance is pending due to the adamant and obstinate behavior of Mr. Allah Daad, District Education Officer (M-EE). Nankana Sahib. This has caused a serious embarrassment not only for this office but for the higher authorities also.

3. The contract of almost 29 teachers working under the jurisdiction of District Education Officer (M-EE) Nankana Sahib expired on 27.07.2022, however, no extension has been granted in-spite of
repeated directions by this office and multiple requests by the concerned teachers. The irony or the fact is the teachers are working to their Schools being no more in service.

ln many other matters this office has been constantly receiving complaints from different channels about the unprofessional and troublesome behavior of Mr. Allah Daad, District Education Officer, Nankana Sahib.

So, these circumstances, to save the interest of the School Education Department in particular and of the other stakeholders in General and for the smooth running of affairs at the office of District Education Officer (M EE) Nankana Sahib, I, Ahsan Farids Chief Executive Officer (DEA), Nankana Sahib hereby surrender the services of Mr. Allah Daad, at the disposal of worthy Secretary, Govt. of the Punjab School Education Department Lahore.

Mr. Muneer Ahmad Dy. District Education Officer (M) Tehsil Nankana Sahib is hereby assigned the look after charge of the office of the District Education Officer (M-EE), Nankana Sahib till the appointment of a regular incumbent.
