- Attested Copy of CNIC.
- Attested Copy of Computerized Pay Slip.
- Attested copy of 1st appointment order.
- Attested copy of regular order.
- Attested copy of advertisement for applied/admission/etc.
- Prescribed Performa/Memorandum.
- Affidavit for take admission/exam/passport only
- Time Table and Schedule of Classes
