Initiation of ACRs/PERs by Reporting officers and Counter Signing Officers
Submission of PERs/ ACRs still pending of 24302 Teachers on HRMS / SIS. Record of all Teachers which can not submit their ACRs / PERs showing in CEO DEA of each district. In this letter Mr. Ranan Abdul Qayyum sb, strictkly give orders to take action against those teachers which fail to submit ACR/PERs on HRMIS.
Last date for apply of those teachers is 05.03.2022.

Kindly refer to this Directorate memo No. P.A/Dir(A&G)/636 dated 03-02-2022 & No P.N/Dir(A&G)/730 dated 09-02-2022 on the subject cited above.
2. You are well aware that schedule has already been shared to complete the task of online ACRs/PERs on HRMIS portal for the year 2021 up till now 373,512 Teachers submitted their PERs/ACR out of which 24,302 Teachers have not submitted their ACRs/ PERs yet The CEO (DEA) concerned has to call explanations and take strict action against those Teachers who have failed to submit their ACRs /PERs yet.
3. The Reporting Officers have already directed to ensure the reporting of ACRs / PERs before stipulated time 28-02-2022 and Countersigning Officers have to countersign on 31-03-2022. In this regard, a compliance report must be submitted to this Directorate till 05-03-2022. There will be zero tolerance over any negligence in this regard.
4. A complete data is available on HRMIS portal the CEO (DEAs) can easily access through HRMIS logins and view the Remaining Officials & pendency regarding ACRs / PERs. (Concerned).
