- Complete Transfer Applications submit in relevant office before 30-11-2018.
- Transfer Evaluation Form must be completed.

- Attach First Joining Report
- Appointment Order in Current school/ Last Transfer Order
- Joining Report in Current School
- Last Three Years Results for Terminal Classes.
- School Time Table where your periods shown(verified by Head Teacher)
- Photocopy of Service Book
- Last Pay Slip
- Photocopy of CNIC
- Photocopy of Domicile
- Marriage Certificate (in Case of Wedlock Transfer)
- Disable Certificate (In Case of Disable)
- Divorced Certificate from Union Council
- Death Certificate (In Case of Widow)
- Distance Certificate verified by DDO Power
- Submit a Separate Application for Each Seat
- All Related documents staple carefully in a file
- Give Numbering to each Document and attach a check list as cover page
- Write your name , School Name and Mobile Number at front of File
- SST applications forms submit in Office of District Education Officer (Secondary)
- EST / PST /ESE/SESE submitted all Male application in DEO EE-M
- EST / PST /ESE/SESE submitted all Female application in DEO EE-W
